Tracking Your Factory Order
Of course, you can always reach out to one of our friendly sales associates with questions regarding your order!
In an effort to help proactively assist any CDJR related order customers, we’ve provided a few links below to track your current order status using the VON (Vehicle Order Number) associated with your order. All you will need is the VON and the last name or business name associated with the order to begin tracking your vehicle.
Below that section are all of the order codes with descriptions to give you a better idea of the status.
Stages of production don’t always clearly indicate how long each individual step in the process will actually take.
Order Status Codes

Tentative schedule. Your order has been received but the plant is still sorting out all the odds and ins prior to confirmation.

Order is considered “Firm”. Your vehicle receives its VIN # in this phase.

Your vehicle is scheduled to be built.

Framing Phase

Paint
-
Trim phase of production.

Your vehicle is built but awaiting final inspection

Your vehicle has been shipped to an upfit center for bed liner, side steps, etc.

Your vehicle has been shipped to storage and the transport logistics team will now take over.

Released by plant and invoiced to dealer.

Vehicle in first rail departure. (en route)

Second rail departure and headed to final location, Port Allen, LA.

Vehicle has been delivered to the dealer.
